Social media

Social rarely closes a considered purchase on its own. What it does is make you look real to someone already deciding, and give the paid side something to work with. We size it to the time and budget that are actually there.

You might need this if

  • Your profiles are half-finished or a few years stale
  • You post in bursts and then stop for months
  • You are not sure which platforms matter for your kind of business
  • You want to advertise on social but have nothing worth landing on

What the work involves

What you actually get.

Scoped and written down before anything starts, so what is included and what is not is never a matter of memory.

  • The one or two platforms that matter for you, and permission to ignore the rest
  • A rhythm that gets kept, because it was sized to reality
  • Profiles that turn a visit into an enquiry
  • Content that doubles as ad creative, so nothing is made twice

How it runs

Four stages, every time.

The shape is the same on every engagement. The specifics are set on the call and agreed in writing.

Stage 01

Pick the platforms honestly

One or two where your buyers genuinely are, and explicit permission to ignore the rest instead of half-doing five.

Stage 02

Fix the profile before the posting

The profile is a landing page. Most of them lose the enquiry before a single post is read.

Stage 03

Set a rhythm you can keep

Sized to the time and budget that actually exist, because a cadence nobody can sustain is worse than none.

Stage 04

Feed the paid side

Content made once and used twice: organically, and as creative for paid social.

Who this usually suits

Where this one earns its place.

Photographers

People admire the work and do not enquire.

Musicians and artists

Streams and followers go up and income does not.

Churches

A first-time visitor cannot find service times or what to expect.

Product and retail shops

Traffic arrives and does not buy.

How we work

We will not sell you what will not work.

Plenty of marketing gets sold because it is easy to sell, not because it will change anything. We would rather scope the work that actually moves your numbers — sometimes that is narrower than you expected, and sometimes it is a good deal bigger. Either way you hear the reasoning before you hear the price, and nothing begins until both are in writing.

Working together

Results need room to happen.

Work that moves a number needs three things: enough scope to fix the cause rather than the symptom, enough control to actually make the changes, and enough time for them to compound. We are straight about that before anything is agreed, because marketing that is second-guessed line by line does not produce results for anyone. If that is not the arrangement you are looking for, far better we both find out on the first call.

What an engagement assumes

  • A written scope, so what is in and what is out is never a matter of memory
  • The access and authority to make the changes the plan depends on
  • A realistic run of time before the work is judged
  • One agreed number that tells us both whether it is working
