Marketing help for small businesses
Tell us about your business. We’ll tell you what you actually need.
Most small businesses get sold marketing they do not need. We start with a free 30-minute call to understand the business and work out whether we are the right people to help. No pitch, no obligation.

What we help with
Six kinds of help.
You probably need one or two, not six. Which ones depends entirely on where the money is currently leaking.
Paid search and paid social
Enquiries coming in within weeks, not quarters.
Your website
The thing every ad, search result and post clicks through to.
Getting found
Search, and now being the answer an assistant gives.
Social media
A presence that holds up when someone checks you out.
Operations and AI
The repeat work handled by a system instead of by you.
Working out what to do
When you are not sure which of these you need.
The part most agencies do not do
Marketing brings the enquiry. Operations decides whether you can serve it.
Quotes, follow-ups, reporting, and knowing where everything is, handled by a system instead of by you. We build a knowledge base around your own documents, policies, past quotes and product detail so your team and an AI assistant can find a real answer in seconds, and we automate the steps that have to happen every week whether or not anyone remembers.
AI where it removes real work, and left out where it only produces more content nobody reads. This practice runs on systems built exactly this way, which is the only reason we are willing to sell them.
How we work
We will not sell you what will not work.
Plenty of marketing gets sold because it is easy to sell, not because it will change anything. We would rather scope the work that actually moves your numbers — sometimes that is narrower than you expected, and sometimes it is a good deal bigger. Either way you hear the reasoning before you hear the price, and nothing begins until both are in writing.
Who you actually deal with
You get the person who does the thinking.
Growth Marketing Analytics Professionals is run by Judah Jebadas Michael. Fifteen years across marketing, sales and operations — in-house at a national vehicle manufacturer, on the ground managing a sales territory of sixteen districts across two states, and agency-side running paid search across more than a thousand Google Ads accounts.
That combination is the point. Most marketing help knows one channel very well and the business around it not at all, and small businesses rarely have a channel problem. They have an offer described badly, a website that undoes the advertising, or a process that drops the enquiry after it arrives. Telling which one it is takes somebody who has done all three.
Deliberately small, on purpose. The thinking and the work that needs judgement are done by the person you speak to, and specialists are brought in when a job genuinely needs one — briefed properly, to a written plan, against a number. You are never handed to a junior and billed for a senior.

The intro call
Thirty minutes. A conversation, not a consultation.
You do not need to prepare anything or know what you want. Just tell us about the business.
Step 01
You talk, we listen
Tell us what the business does, who buys from you, and what you have already tried. In your words, not marketing ones.
Step 02
We ask, we listen
Enough questions to understand where you are and what is getting in the way. This is a get-to-know call, not an audit.
Step 03
We tell you straight
Whether this is something we can help with. If it is a fit, a written scope and a price follow. If it is not, we say so, and point you somewhere better.
Who we work with
Small businesses where marketing is nobody’s full-time job.
Ten kinds of business we know well enough to be useful from the first conversation. Each has its own page with how we would approach it.
What it costs
You will know the number before you commit.
Some work is a fixed-price project. Some is a monthly retainer. Most engagements are a combination of the two, because a build that is never maintained stops earning. Whichever it is, it is scoped and agreed in writing before anything starts.
- The intro call — free, and no obligation either way
- Projects — a fixed price, scoped and agreed in writing
- Ongoing work — a monthly retainer for an agreed scope
- Most often both — a build, then the care that keeps it earning
